Money decisions, worked out in rupees
Calculise is a set of free calculators and a loan tracker for people in Pakistan, and anyone else who wants to see the real cost of a loan before signing for it.
Why this exists
Most loan calculators are built for other countries. They ask for an APR, show answers in dollars and say nothing about marla, tola, KIBOR or the Apna Ghar subsidy. Bank calculators show one product and stop at the monthly instalment.
We started with one question: what will an Apna Ghar loan really cost once the subsidised rate ends in year 11? That became a calculator, then a tracker for the payments, and then 23 calculators for the other numbers people work out before a big decision.
What you can do here
- Plan a loan. See the instalment, the total interest and the full schedule for home, car and personal loans.
- Check before you apply. The Apna Ghar eligibility check tells you what a bank is likely to ask.
- Work out tax, zakat and building costs using Pakistani slabs, units and rates.
- Track what you repay. A free loan tracker keeps every loan and payment in one place.
The rules we follow
- Every changing figure has a date and a source. If a tax slab or gold price is old or unconfirmed, we say so on the page.
- The maths is shown. How we calculate explains every formula and assumption.
- No sign-up to calculate. An account is only needed to save calculations or track a loan.
- We do not sell your data and we do not take payment from banks to change any result. See the privacy policy.
What we are not
We are not a bank, a lender or a financial adviser, and we cannot approve or arrange a loan. Results are estimates to help you prepare. Always confirm the final rate, fees and terms with your bank before you sign.
Found a mistake?
Rates change and we will sometimes be behind. If a number looks wrong, tell us and include the page. Corrections are checked against the official source and dated when they go live.
